MyFamora terms of service
Version 2026-10-29.1
1. The agreement
These terms are between you and [legal entity name, UEN] ("MyFamora", "we"). By creating an account or joining a household you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and households
- You must be at least [decide: 18] to create a household. Younger members may join only when added by a parent or guardian who is an Admin.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- The household Admin controls who joins and their role, and can remove members.
3. Your content
- You own what you add: finance records, documents, photos, messages.
- You give us permission to store and process it only to provide MyFamora to your household.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or that you are not entitled to share, including other people's identity documents without their permission.
4. Not financial advice
MyFamora helps you record and organise information. CPF estimates and reports are approximations based on published rates and the data you enter. They are not financial, tax or CPF advice. Check official sources (for example the CPF Board) before making decisions.
5. Family Safety
Location sharing is optional and depends on device permissions and connectivity. It is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 999 or 995.
6. Plans and payment [decide when billing launches]
- Prices, billing period and trial terms are shown before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals.
- Refunds: [decide].
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep MyFamora available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may change features. For material changes to these terms, we give notice in the app first.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your household account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what is kept and for how long). We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [lawyer to draft]
10. Law
Singapore law governs these terms, and Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
